ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- St. Louis police have charged a St. Louis man with resisting arrest and assault on an officer after he fled police and tried to take an officer’s gun.
The incident happened on November 10, when an officer spotted Michael Henderson, 27, in front of a vacant house.
According to court documents, when the officer asked him what he was doing, Henderson fled. Upon catching him, the officer said Henderson attacked him and tried to take his weapon.
Henderson reportedly grabbed the gun and tried to turn the barrel toward the officer. Henderson was arrested and faces several felony charges.
