(KMOV) – The city of St. Louis’ website, where voters can get election information about the Missouri Primary, may have been hacked.

Google has flagged stlelections.com and recommends people stay away from the website until it is deemed safe.

Google flags websites as hacked when a hacker may have made changes to the information on the site. Opening the website may expose your device to spam or malware.

We will bring you updates on the condition of the website and let you know when it has been declared safe to use.

The Missouri Primary will be held Tuesday, August 5.
