(KMOV) – The city of St. Louis is offering to help get rid of trees that fell during Sunday’s storms for free.
Gary Bess, Director of the Forestry Division, says residents need to pile limbs and branches at their curbs. Do not block the street or put limbs on the sidewalks.
The trees will then be turned to mulch and brought to Carondelet Park, where residents can pick them up for free.
City residents can call the forestry division at 314-613-7200 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Monday November 25th to schedule a pickup time.
