ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – A St. Louis city building inspector was arrested in July on accusations he accepted bribes on the job.

Anthony Davis, 47, pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of felony bribery. According to officials, Davis was indicted for soliciting and accepting bribes related to inspecting buildings and issuing permits for buildings within St. Louis city limits.

The indictment says Davis accepted a total of more than $2,000 in bribes on two separate occasions in July and August of 2011.
