ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) -- St. Louis County officials have reported that 3,700 people have active warrants in the county every single day.
One of those who was wanted on warrants was Sean Johnson, the shooter in the Stevens Institute of Business and Arts last week. St. Louis County Police Chief Tim Fitch says they are trying to reduce the number of warrants, and doing the best they can with the resources they have.
The county says that they cooperate with the city and u.S. Marshalls in trying to pick up those who are wanted on warrants on a daily basis.
