(KMOV) – A St. Francois County business owner is facing several charges of rape involving a minor.
According to court documents, Ronnie White, 56, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with 30 counts of felony second-degree statutory rape.
On Tuesday, a 15-year-old girl reported to the Children’s Advocacy Center that she was sexually assaulted numerous times by White in 2012 and 2013 and that he openly recorded it on his cameras, as stated in the probable cause statement.
She estimated it happened at least 30 times.
According to oourt documents, the girl said she met White a year ago and he said he fell in love with her the first day he saw her.
She said after coming to his house which was behind his business, he made her sleep in his bed. She said White gave her a pill he described as a pain pill which made her sick for three days. They both consumed alcohol the first night she stayed at the house, she said.
According to the report, she told investigators he also has given her meth, marijuana and pills that would make her sleep for days.
The victim told an investigator she would allow White to film the sexual acts for fear he would hurt her. She said he would also give her three or four hundred dollars to keep quiet.
Court documents say White threatened to put her head through a television and also threatened to hurt her if anyone found out what happened.
She told an investigator that he dressed her up and fixed her hair all the time. White preferred for her to be dressed up as she would stay with him for days at a time.
White reportedly would take her to the mall and purchase her shoes, clothes, diamond earrings and an expensive dog.
The girl told authorities she suspected he has had sex with numerous girls her age and currently has interest in a 12-year-old girl she feared would also be raped. White was reported friends with this girl on Facebook.
She said he has numerous photos and videos of different females on various digital media “chips”. White has numerous pictures of a girl her age that he only identified by first name. She believes this girl would’ve been another victim.
The victim told authorities both of these girls live in Goose Creek and White tried to get her to bring the younger girl into his home so they could both have sex with her.
Ronnie White is in custody of the St. Francois County Police department with a $500,000 cash-only bond set.
