Hundreds of St. Charles County residents are hoping just for a chance to get the H1N1 vaccine. Tuesday morning, they lined up outside the St. Peters Rec Plex. The clinic isn't until Thursday, but as News 4's Mark Schnyder shows us, you had to come out Tuesday.
