OAKVILLE, Mo. (KMOV) – An Oakville man was charged with his sixth drunken driving incident after being pulled over on Saturday night.
Eugene Nesser, 42, was charged with DWI after he was pulled over on Telegraph Rd.
Nesser pleaded guilty to drunk driving in 1988, 1990, twice in 1996 and again in 2012.
He’s now being charged as a chronic offender.
Bail was set at $50,000.
