Siblings indicted on weapons, drug charges in St. Charles County

WENTZVILLE, Mo (KMOV.com) – Wednesday, a St. Charles County grand jury indicted two men on on drug and firearm charges.

Fabrian Jones, 27, and his brother Farrell, 21, lived near each other in the 1400 block of Coco Place. Frabrian was idicted for unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful use of drug-related items. Farrell was charged with possession and distribution of a controlled substance.

While searching an apartment belonging to Farrell Jones, members of the St. Charles County Drug Task Force reported finding a ½ gram of heroin packaged for sale, a small amount of marijuana, a loaded pistol and drug distribution materials.

Fabrian was convicted for possession and distribution of a controlled substance in 2011, and is not allowed to possess a weapon.

At that time he was sentenced to five years in prison, but was given a suspended sentence after serving 60 days in jail on other charges

Fabrian Jones is being held in St. Charles County jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Farrell Jones posted 10 percent of a $20,000 bond and was released on November 29.
