Severe storms leave Metro-East nightclub in ruins

(KMOV) – An East St. Louis night club was in ruins after severe weather swept through the St. Louis area on Sunday.

Witnesses said Club LA in the 700 block of Martin Luther King Dr. came crashing down after hearing a loud noise.

No one was inside the building and no injuries reported.

The club’s owner told News 4 she hopes to reopen the business as soon as she can.
