ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – Two people were hospitalized after a wreck on Interstate 55 in south St. Louis Friday afternoon.
Authorities said it happened on northbound Interstate 55 near Arsenal around 4:10 p.m.
Two people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Seven other victims involved refused treatement at the scene.
