Police say Clay was driving a stolen 2008 Mercury Sable, which was taken from the 4700 block of Margaretta Tuesday morning.

Police say the car was one of 81 vehicles stolen this year after owners left them unattended to warm up with the keys still inside. As many as 350 vehicles have been stolen so far in 2014.

It was not immediately clear if Edwards or Clay were responsible for stealing the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
