(KMOV) – Dozens of residents in St. Charles County are without water due to a major leak.
Mark Warner, the mayor of Portage Des Sioux, Missouri, tells News 4 that 138 homes are without water at this time.
Crews had to shut off water service while they work to figure out where the leak is coming from.
They hope to have it restored within the next few hours.
Once water is restored, a mandatory boil order will be put in place.
News 4 is working to get more information on this story and will post more information as soon as it becomes available.
