(KMOV) – Ranken Technical College was placed on for nearly an hour on Monday after two women were shot in north St. Louis.
Police say the victims were shot in the 4500 block of McMillan around 1:10 p.m. Their condition was unknown.
The school, located a couple of blocks east from the incident, went on lockdown as a precaution. The lockdown was lifted around 2 p.m.
"It is now safe to move freely on campus," @Ranken tweeted after police secured the area where the incident occurred.
