CROCKER, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A 22-year-old Crocker, Missouri man is in jail after being charged with two counts of statutory rape.
The Pulaski County Sheriff says they received a tip August 17th accusing Jonathon Ross Lively of first-degree statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl.
The 14-year-old girl was interviewed by an investigator from the "Kids Harbor Too" group and determined the offenses happened in May and July of 2012 on a dirt road outside of Crocker, Missouri. The girl was 13 during that time period. Lively was interviewed by detectives, as well as a witness who confirmed parts of the victim's story.
The Pulaski County Prosecutor filed 2 counts of first-degree statutory rape after investigators sent in a probable cause statement. Lively was arrested Friday night and is being held on $100,000 bond.
No other details about the case will be released.
