(KMOV.com) – Of the three propositions on the Missouri ballot this year, “Proposition E” seems to cause the most confusion.
Prop. E addresses Missouri’s compliance with the affordable care act. It would prohibit the governor or state from setting up an insurance exchange or state-regulated healthcare without approval from state lawmakers or voters.
A “no” vote means “yes” to the state setting up an insurance exchange.
