POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A 25-year-old Poplar Bluff man was arrested Friday evening for posting threats about harming a local probation officer on a website.
Police say Joseph Osborn had been posting these extremely violent threats on Topix.com.
Osborn was booked on a class C felony of tampering with a judicial officer.
