Police searching for 2 suspects who held up Belleville convenience store

(KMOV.com) – Police said they are searching for suspects who held up a convenience store in Belleville Sunday.

According to police two men who covered their faces with bandanas walked into the Circle K Store in the 3000 block of North Belt West around 5:00 a.m. before one of them threatened violence against clerk if he did not hand over an undisclosed amount of money.

Police said the clerk handed over the money before the suspects fled. The clerk was not hurt. If you have any information, please contact Belleville police at (618)-234-1212
