ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Police are searching for suspects after an elderly man was shot in north St. Louis on Monday night.
The shooting happened near the intersection of Hebert and Spring around 7:30 p.m.
According to authorities, the elderly victim was shot in the stomach. Homicide units were initially called to the scene, but the victim is now expected to survive.
The victim reportedly told police he does not know who may have shot him, or why.
No word on the victim's condition, or any suspects in the shooting.
