FENTON, Mo. (KMOV) -- St. Louis Police detectives have released the name of a person wanted for questioning in connection to a bank robbery in Fenton on Wednesday.

Police said the suspect walked into the Reliance Bank in the 1000 block of South Highway Drive around 9:25 a.m. and slipped a note to a teller demanding money. He reportedly did not show a weapon.

Authorities said the suspect obtained some cash and fled the scene in a silver, 2006 Honda Ridgeline SUV. Police describe the suspect as a thin white male with a buzz haircut. He was wearing a blue shirt and dark shorts.

After an initial investigation, detectives report the SUV the suspect fled the scene in was stolen on Tuesday from Fenton. The vehicle has Missouri plates with the number: 1ME134.

Authorities also reported that Joseph L. Haring, 26, is wanted for questioning. Police did not say if Haring is the robbery suspect in the surveillance pictures.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Crimestoppers at (866)-371-TIPS. A reward could be offered for tips leading to an arrest.
