(KMOV) -- Police are looking for a man stole a woman's credit card and charged thousands of dollars to her credit card early in July.

The St. Peters Police Department are looking for a man who stole a woman's wallet and charged more than $7,000 on her credit cards just two hours after the theft on July 1.

Police said she realized the wallet was missing when she tried to pay for her groceries. The 74-year-old victim found out about the charges when she contacted her credit card company.

Surveillance video from the Dierberg's in Salt Lick shows the suspect.
