LEMAY, Mo. (KMOV.com) – St. Louis County Police have identified a woman found dead on street in Lemay Tuesday morning.
According to reports, the body of 26-year-old Charley Smalley was discovered on the side of the road in the 200 block of Wachtel Avenue around 6:30 a.m.
Police said a completed autopsy showed no signs of physical injuries. Toxicology results could take six to eight weeks.
Police said they were still trying to determine where Smalley lived.
