(KMOV.com) – Authorities have identified a man who was killed after hitting three cars and a tree in south St. Louis Thursday evening.
According to police, 60-year-old Donnell Boyd was traveling on S. Kingshighway near Magnolia around 4 p.m. when he struck the back of a vehicle. Police said the force of the impact sent Boyd’s car into two parked cars before hitting a tree.
He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No other injuries were reported.
Crews closed all lanes of S. Kingshighway as accident reconstruction crews worked on scene.
