CLAYTON, Mo. (KMOV) -- Washington University police have charged a man who exposed himself to a female student on campus last week.
45 year-old Michael Cox was charged with second-degree sexual misconduct after exposing himself to a student while she was in her apartment on Wash U’s campus.
The victim said Cox was masturbating outside of her apartment window while looking at her on April 26 between 2 a.m. and 2:30 am.
Cox, a registered sex offender from East Alton, Ill., has been previously convicted of sexually exploiting a child and with being present in a school zone as a sex offender.
