Police: Man caught with meth-making materials after traffic stop in Kirkwood

(KMOV) – An Arnold man faces charges after police say officers found him with meth-making materials in a vehicle.

Michael Millaway, 30, was charged with possession of a chemical with intent to make a controlled substance.

According to police, Millaway was a passenger in a vehicle when it was pulled over for a traffic violation in Kirkwood.

Police arrested Millaway and the driver, both of whom had outstanding warrants.

Officers searched the vehicle and found a drain cleaner, ice packs, pseudoephedrine and other meth-making materials.

He was currently in the Jefferson County Jail.
