(KMOV) – Police said a Chesterfield man faces charges after he was allegedly drunk when he entered a neighbor’s home and took a shower on April 17.
Michael Adams, 24, was charged with trespassing and destruction of property.
According to police, Adams was intoxicated when he went into a neighbor’s home in the 200 block of River Bend Dr. around 4 a.m.
He then took a shower and fell asleep on the couch, police said.
Authorities said the homeowner was startled by a noise and called police before recognizing Adams as another resident in the neighborhood.
Police said when officers woke him up, Adams thought he was in his own home.
