(KMOV) – Police in St. Peters, Kirkwood and Manchester are looking for a man wanted for using stolen credit card information to make purchases at various St. Louis area stores.

Police say the unidentified suspect in late March used several credit cards to purchase high-quality electronics.

Authorities say the suspect somehow cloned the victims’ new card information, spending more than $1,000 on several victims’ accounts. According to police, some of the purchases were made at the Walmart in St. Peters, Manchester and Kirkwood.

The suspect is described as a white man with a stocky build. He was last seen driving a silver-colored Chevy Malibu.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call St. Peters Police Detective Paul Barish at 636-278-2222, Kirkwood Police Detective Christopher Beckman at 314-822-5858 or Manchester Police Detective Jeremy Schwentker at 636-227-1410.
