(KMOV) -- A new community partnership between Better Family Life, Inc. (BFL) and St. Louis Community College is offering more location options to St. Louis residents with misdemeanor warrants who wish to move past their troubles with help from the St. Louis Metropolitan Amnesty Project.
The Amnesty program was established in 2002 as a one day event to help citizens clear their records of outstanding traffic related warrants.
In 2010, the program was expanded to include all misdemeanor warrants. This year, it will be a three day event held at three different locations.
Participants will be assessed a $10 processing fee to cover all warrant vouchers.
