(KMOV)-- The initial autopsy results for a missing St. Ann woman came back with no signs of obvious trauma, according to the St. Louis County Medical Examiner.
The body of 25-year-old Valerie Butler was found last week in Bridgeton, Missouri. The medical examiner is now waiting for toxicology tests that may help determine the cause of death. This could take up to 6 weeks.
A funeral for Butler is planned for 10 a.m. Friday at Paul Funeral Home in St. Charles. She will be buried at Forever Bellerive Cemetery in Creve Coeur.
