ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – The polling place at the Beverly Hills Municipal Court ran out of voter tickets, according to St. Louis County election officials.
The polling place, which is located in the 7100 block of Natural Bridge, ran out of the tickets just before 4 p.m. Tuesday. The tickets are what voters are given after they sign their names into the voter logs.
Those tickets are then given to an election judge, who escorts the voter to the voting station. The ticket indicates the number of voters who have casted ballots at a particular polling place.
It’s also signed by a judge from both political parties to indicate the voter’s identification is not contested.
More people have called News 4 saying electronic voting machines were not working at the polling place, but that issue has since been fixed.
