ROXANA, Il. (KMOV) – A local motor oil plant plans to close its doors by the end of next year.
The Shell Lubricant plant is located in Roxana, Illinois and will close by the end of 2013. The closing will affect 83 jobs.
Shell officials say it will give employees an opportunity to apply for other jobs in the company.
