ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Travelers at Lambert Airport in St. Louis are showing up with more prohibited weapons.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that travelers surrendered 25 prohibited weapons found in carry-on bags in St. Louis in 2013. That’s more than double the 12 weapons surrendered to the Transportation Security Administration in St. Louis in 2012.

The seized items range from knives to tools and a baseball bat.
