ST. CHARLES, Mo. (KMOV) — Several children were injured after the minivan, they were in, rolled down a ravine in St. Charles City early Tuesday morning.
According to the St. Charles City Police, a minivan was traveling on westbound 370 near Elm Street when it lost control and veered off the roadway around 1:15 a.m.
Police say the driver became distracted, causing them to leave the roadway. The van then rolled down a ravine, five children and two adults were injured.
The van’s occupants were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
