Cut flowers were supposed to be the saving grace of MidAmerica Airport in Mascoutah, Ill. But just more than a year after overhauling a warehouse, the original deal with a Miami company has gone bust. News 4's Matt Sczesny finds out if the airport is just wasting taxpayer money.
