(KMOV) – MetroLink offficials expected services to be back to normal Thursday, a day after delays were caused a downed power line between two stations.

According to Metro officials, a power line was down between the N. Hanley and Wellston stations on Wednesday.

Two MetroLink trains were stranded after the overhead line that powers the trains came down. Both trains were evacuated as a safety precaution.
