(KMOV) – Business for a new microbrewery in the Metro-East is starting off on the right foot.

Of the 700 who applied for a job at 4204 Main Street Brewing Company, 90 were hired. The owner says that one-third of the employees are full-time.

The microbrewery received a tax break for the exterior work and has already fulfilled the promise to create 50 jobs.

4204 Main Street Brewing Company opens with a VIP event Monday and to the public on Tuesday.
