100 block of Cornelius Drive
SHILOH, Ill. (KMOV.com) – A Shiloh man is facing multiple felony charges after police say he videotaped a young girl taking a shower.
Police respond to a home in the 100 block of Cornelius Drive on Saturday in regards to some sort of domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers met with a young girl who claimed Ronald P. Fischer, 36, videotaped her while she was showering. The victim, who is a juvenile, is reportedly the daughter of Fischer’s girlfriend.
Fischer was arrested and is currently being held on $150,000 bond in the St. Clair County jail. He has been charged with six counts of possessing child pornography.
