BELLEVILLE, Ill. (KMOV) -- A man employed by the East St. Louis Housing Agency is charged with stealing appliances from the agency.
The Belleville News Democrat reports police arrested 50-year-old Robert Blanchard of Washington Park for stealing stoves and refrigerators while he was working at the housing agency.
The thefts ocurred over the past year.
