(KMOV) – Officials say the massive amount of snow the St. Louis area saw this week cost the local economy $5 million. But it may also result in something else: more babies.
Some local maternity wards say they could be busy nine months from because residents across the region were snowed in for several days.
They say a similar snowstorm in 1982 resulted in a baby boom.
