ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- A 45-year-old man was grazed in the head by a bullet while walking in north St. Louis Saturday night.
Police say a dark-blue, four-door vehicle approached the victim at the 2000 block of East Harris Avenue around 11:45 p.m. and began shooting.
The victim suffered minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
Police have not released information on any suspects.
