The victim said she was getting gas at the BP Gas Station at Natural Bridge and Grand and stepped away while pumping gas.

When she got back in the car, a man she don’t know was laying the backseat.  The man put a gun to the back of her head and demanded her purse, phone and keys.  He reportedly threatened to kill her if she did not comply.

The victim, whose name has not been released, said she had just dropped off her four kids when the carjacking happened.

The suspect threatened the victim, reportedly pulling her hair and hitting her in the head with the gun, He did eventually let her go, saying “I should kill you but get out.”

The suspect took off with the car and crashed on Greer Avenue.

Police told the victim that the entire incident was caught on surveillance video, with footage showing the man sneaking into woman’s car.
