NORTH ST. LOUIS (KMOV) –Police are investigating after a victim was shot while walking along Vandeventer early Tuesday morning.
According to reports, a 21-yer-old man was out walking along Vandeventer and Greer at 1:40 a.m. when he reportedly heard gunshots then felt the pain of being hit.
The victim then took himself to an area hospital where he called police a short time later.
No word on suspects or descriptions.
The victim is stable with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
