ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) – An argument between two men escalates when one man pulls out a weapon and fires outside a north St. Louis business.
The incident reportedly began around 1 a.m., when a 43-year-old man was inside a business on the 4000 block of Peck when he got into a fight with another male.
The second man pulled out a weapon as the fighting continued outside the establishment. The man fired several times at the 43-year-old victim, hitting him in the leg and stomach.
A friend drove the victim to a nearby hospital and the suspect fled.
Police describe the suspect as being a black male wearing a green jacket and tan pants.
At last check, the victim is stable.
The investigation is ongoing.
