(KMOV) – The Major Case Squad is investigating a possible shooting death near Cahokia after a man was found dead in a running car on Monday.

This happened in the 2300 block of Lorraine Drive.

The victim has been identified as 22-year-old Milton Dowell.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.
