Chrome
• Go to the page you want to make your new Home Page.
• At the top right, click on the Wrench icon. A drop-down menu will appear. Click Options from the drop-down menu.
• From the Google Chrome Options box, select the Basics tab.
• In the middle of the Options box it says “Home Page”. Click inside the circle that says Open this page: next to it.
• Type in the URL of the page you want to be your new home page: http://www.kmov.com or http://www.kmov.com/weather
• Put a checkmark in the box that says Show Home button on toolbar.
• At the bottom, click the Close button.
• You should now notice the icon of a house on the toolbar at the top of the screen. You can click on this to take you back to your home page at any time!
Firefox for Mac
• Go to the page you want to make your new Home Page.
• At the top, click on the Firefox Menu and pick Options
• Click the Main icon, if not already selected. It will bring up the Main Options panel.
• Click on Use Current Page or enter http://www.kmov.com or http://www.kmov.com/weather.
Firefox for Windows
• Go to the page you want to make your new Home Page.
• At the top, click on the Tools Menu and pick Preferences.
• Click the Main icon, if not already selected. It will bring up the Main Options panel.
• Click on Use Current Page or enter http://www.kmov.com or http://www.kmov.com/weather.
Internet Explorer Version 6
• Go to the page you want to make your new Home Page.
• At the top, click on the Tools Menu and select Preferences.
• In the Internet Options box, under the Generals tab, click the Use Current button or enter http://www.kmov.com or http://www.kmov.com/weather.
• Click OK.
Internet Explorer Version 7 & 8
• Go to the page you want to make your new Home Page.
• At the top of the page is a Home icon. Click on the down arrow next to it.
• Select Add OR Change Home Page.
• Select Use this webpage as your only home page OR Add this webpage to your homepage tabs or enter http://www.kmov.com or http://www.kmov.com/weather.
• Click Yes.
Opera for Mac
• Go to the page you want to make your new Home Page.
• At the top, click on the Opera menu and select Preferences.
• Select General from the Preferences menu.
• Click on Set to Current Page or enter http://www.kmov.com or http://www.kmov.com/weather.
Opera for Windows
• Go to the page you want to make your new Home Page.
• At the top, click on the Tools menu and select Preferences.
• Select General from the Preferences menu.
• Click on Set to Current Page or enter http://www.kmov.com or http://www.kmov.com/weather.
Safari
• Go to the page you want to make your new Home Page.
• At the top, click on the Safari menu and select Preferences.
• In the Preferences menu, select General.
• Click on Set to Current Page or enter http://www.kmov.com or http://www.kmov.com/weather.
