(KMOV) – A 27-year-old former St. Charles County woman convicted of having sex with a 13-year-old boy in 2009 was released from prison after serving less than 33 percent of her sentence.
Elizabeth Raedeke was charged with three counts of statutory rape and one count of statutory sodomy after being accused of having sex with a boy in July 2009.
She pleaded guilty in Aug. 2010 and was sentenced to seven years in prison, which ran concurrently. Sentencing guidelines show she could have received a life sentence on each charge.
During sentencing, Raedeke said she would move in with an older couple from her church if she was released from jail.
Records show she was released from prison roughly two years later and it is not known if she is currently living with the couple.
