Local businessman sentenced jail time for food stamp fraud

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – A Florissant, Mo. man was sentenced Thursday to 18 months in jail for food stamp fraud.

James Fitch Jr. has been ordered to return $400,000 he received from illegally authorizing EBT food stamps.

Fitch and a Tulsa man operated two stores between 2006 and 2008.
