Local Democrat, Republican go over plans to ensure no polling problems

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – News 4 is hearing from St. Louis-area residents about concerns there could be problems at the polls during on Tuesday.

Officials with the Republican and Democratic parties are working hard to make sure that does not happen.

Republican John Diehl with Missouri’s 87th District and Democrat Jack Cardetti, the former communications director for Jay Nixon, sat down with News 4’s Larry Conners.

Diehl is a former St. Louis County Board of Election Official and Cardetti is speaking on behalf of the Missouri Democratic Party.

Both men talked with Conners about how they plan to make sure every vote counts.
