(KMOV) - A judge has dismissed a lawsuit that challenged developer Paul McKee's plans.
The lawsuit that was filed by two St. Louis residents claimed that the tax credit given to McKee's Northside Plan was unconstitutional.
The lawsuit was rejected by a Cole County Circuit Judge. However, another lawsuit is pending, stating that St. Louis city officials did not follow procedure in approving the tax-increment financing.
