(KMOV) -- The judge in the Christopher Coleman triple murder case is allowing the prosecution to call Coleman's alleged mistress to testify in the trial.

Judge Milton Wharton's order concerns Tara Lynn Lintz, listing her address on 23rd Street in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The document says the prosecution believes Lintz had an affair with Coleman during the months immediately prior to the murders of his wife and two children and has knowledge relevant to Coleman's motive and intent.

Christopher Coleman's attorney had no comment on this development.
